Report: Creating and Managing Bundles

Bundles allow you to group multiple inventory items together under a single price or discount structure. This is ideal for selling kits or packages. This guide covers how to create and manage these groups.

Step 1: Accessing the Bundles Tab

  1. Navigate to Inventory > Report.

  2. Click the Bundles tab.

Step 2: Creating a New Bundle

  1. Click the (+) button at the top of the Bundles tab.

  2. Bundle Name: Give your new kit a name (e.g., "Starter Kit").

  3. Add Items: Search for and select the individual inventory items you want to include.

  4. Pricing Strategy: Choose whether to offer a specific Group Price (flat rate) or a Discount % (percentage off the total sum of items).

  5. Click Save.

Managing Existing Bundles:

  • View Details: The table shows the Bundle Name, Price, and the count of items inside.

  • Edit: Click the 3-dot button and then click on the Edit Bundle to open the Edit Bundle form. You can add/remove items or change the pricing strategy at any time.

  • Delete: Click the 3-dot button and then click on the Delete Bundle.

  • Status: Use the funnel icon on the Status column to switch between Active and Inactive bundles.
