Navigation
From the dashboard, open the three-line menu in the top left.
Expand the Inventory section.
Click Report.
Understanding the Dashlets and Table
Immediately below the top bar, you will see three summary boxes (dashlets) that provide an instant health check of your stock:
Total Inventory: The total count of all items currently in your system.
Total Cost: The aggregate financial value (cost) of your entire inventory.
Total At Risk: The number of items currently at or below their Reorder Point.
Tip: Keep your Reorder Points accurate so this number remains a trustworthy alert for when you need to buy more stock.
Reading the Table:
The table lists your catalog items with critical status details. Typical columns include:
Item: The name of the product.
SKU: Stock Keeping Unit for tracking.
Quantity on Hand: The actual physical stock available.
Status: Shows if the item is Active or Inactive.
Reorder Point: The threshold that triggers an "At Risk" warning.
Step 3: Top Bar Tools
Use the controls at the very top to manipulate your view:
Search: Quickly find specific inventory items by name.
Settings (gear icon): Choose which columns appear on the table (e.g., toggle Sales Price, Cost, or Taxable on/off).
Print: Open a print preview of the current table.
Export: Download your current report as a PDF or Excel file to share periodic snapshots with your team.
