Catalog: Managing & Exporting Your Catalog

With a populated Catalog, you need tools to sort, filter, and audit your stock. This guide explains how to customize your view and export data for external analysis.

Inside Inventory Categories

Click on any category to view the items inside. The table view includes the following default columns:

  • Name: Name of the inventory item.

  • SKU: Stock Keeping Unit number.

  • Onhand Quantity: Current stock available.

  • Active: Status of the item.

  • Reorder Point: The threshold quantity at which you need to reorder.

  • Actions: Options to edit or delete items.

Filtering & Customizing:

  • Search Bar: Find specific items quickly by name or SKU.

  • Status Filter: Use the drop-down to filter items based on whether they are Active or Inactive.

  • Sale Item Filter: Refine your view to show only items marked as Sale Items.

  • Clear Filters: Click Clear to reset the view.

  • Columns: Click the columns button to select or deselect specific data points you want to see in the table.

Exporting Your Data

  • Print: Send the current view to a printer.

  • Export: Download your catalog as a PDF or Excel file for offline analysis or auditing.
