WIZniche Client Hub: What Your Customers See

A guide to the features available to your clients inside the portal, including approving quotes, paying invoices, and viewing service plans.

1. The Dashboard

When your customer logs in, they see a centralized dashboard giving them a snapshot of their relationship with your business.

  • Company Info: They see your business hours, address, and contact info.

  • Quick Actions: Buttons to Call, Message, or get Directions to your office.

  • Request Buttons: A prominent (+) button allows them to Request a New Job or Quote immediately.

2. Managing Quotes

Customers can view a list of all quotes filtered by status (All, Open, Approved, Requested).

  • Actions: They can open a quote to review details, Approve it digitally, or download a PDF copy.

  • Deposits: If a deposit is required, they can see the amount paid vs. pending.

3. Managing Jobs & Projects

Your customers can track exactly when you are scheduled to arrive.

  • Upcoming Jobs: They can view a list of all confirmed service appointments.

  • Add to Calendar: A quick button allows them to add the job date and time directly to their personal calendar (Google, Outlook, etc.).

  • History: They can toggle to view Completed jobs to see a history of work performed.

  • Projects: If they have a larger, multi-stage project, they can view its overall progress here.

4. Managing Invoices & Payments

The Invoices tab allows customers to self-serve their billing.

  • Pay Online: They can view open invoices and pay balances securely.

  • Bulk Actions: Customers can select multiple invoices to download them in bulk for their own records.

  • History: They can view past paid invoices to track their expenses.

5. My Plans (Warranties & Service Plans)

If you have sold a warranty or recurring service plan, the customer can view it here.

  • Details: They can check the duration, coverage terms, and the specific property the plan applies to.

6. Photos & Documents

This section acts as a digital filing cabinet.

  • Shared Files: Any photos (e.g., "Before & After" shots) or documents like your approved Quotes or Invoices you have uploaded to their profile are visible here.

  • Download: Customers can select files by date and download them.
