How to Sign Quotes from the Client Hub in WIZniche

WIZniche now allows your customers to review and sign quotes directly from the Client Hub, simplifying the process from quote approval to appointment scheduling. Previously, customers could only view their quotes, but with this new feature, they can sign them quickly. Once signed, the quote is automatically converted into an appointment, making it easier for both you and your clients.

New Quote Signing Process

Review and Sign: Customers can now click on any pending quote from their Quotes List page, review it, and sign it directly from the Client Hub.

How It Works:

  1. Quotes List Page:

    • Customers will now see a Review Quote button next to each pending quote, located beside the Attachments button.

  2. Review Quote Button:

    • Clicking the Review Quote button opens a detailed view of the quote, just like when they access a quote from an email. This allows them to carefully review the details before signing.

  3. Signing the Quote:

    • After reviewing, customers can electronically sign the quote.

    • Once the quote is signed, it is automatically converted into an appointment, saving time and reducing manual steps for you.
