Inventory Management: Purchase Orders (List Page)

This article shows you how to manage Purchase Orders (POs). You’ll learn how to open the page, use the top bar (search, columns, print/export, + new), filter by status tabs, read the table, and use row actions like preview, send, and delete.


Navigation

How to Access: From the dashboard, open the three-line menu, expand Inventory, then click Purchase Orders.


Top Bar (Search, Column Settings, Print, Download, +)

  • Search — Find purchase orders quickly.

  • Settings (column toggles) — The only available columns are:

    • Purchase Order, Status, Date, Amount

    • All are enabled by default (you can also Select All).

  • Print — Opens print preview of the current (filtered) list.

  • DownloadExport to PDF or Export to Excel.

  • + Create — Opens the Create Purchase Order flow.


Status Tabs

From Inventory > Purchase Orders, use the tabs above the table.

  • Total — All POs

  • Pending

  • Ordered

  • Shipped

  • Received

  • Canceled

Tabs filter the same table layout to the selected status.


Table & Row Actions

  • Columns:

    • Actions (menu)

    • Purchase Order (number; click to open the PO)

    • Status (Pending/Ordered/Shipped/Received/Canceled)

    • Date (funnel for ranges: Custom, Today, This Week, Last Week, Last 7 Days, This Month, Last 30 Days, This Quarter, Last Quarter, e.t.c.)

    • Amount

  • Actions menu (per row):

    • Preview Purchase Order

    • Send Purchase Order

    • Delete Purchase Order


Tips

  • Export filtered results for accounting or vendor follow-ups.

  • Preview before sending to confirm vendor lines and totals.
