Step 1: Access the Import Tool
Navigate to the Customer List Page.
Click the Upload Button (upward arrow icon) in the top right toolbar.
An import popup window will appear.
Step 2: Download the Sample File
This is the most important step. Inside the popup, click the blue hyperlink labeled "Download sample file."
This gives you a CSV template with the correct column headers.
Using your own random spreadsheet formatting will often cause the import to fail.
Step 3: Prepare Your Data
Open the sample file and fill it with your customer data. Please follow these rules:
One Sheet: Ensure all data is on a single sheet.
Headers: The top row must contain the header titles provided in the sample.
Limits: The file must contain 5,000 records or less. If you have more, split them into two files.
Step 4: Upload
Back in WIZniche, click Choose File.
Select your prepared CSV file.
Click Import. The system will process the file and add the new profiles to your customer list.
