Managing Your WIZNiche Wallet

Updated over 5 months ago

Once you’ve successfully set up your wallet, you’ll be introduced to the Wallet Dashboard. This dashboard is your central hub for managing and tracking all your financial transactions within WIZniche. Here’s what you’ll find on this page and how to navigate it effectively:

Wallet Sections

At the top of the Wallet Dashboard, you’ll see three main tabs: All Transactions, Payouts, and Refunds. These sections allow you to categorize and review your financial activities, making it easier to manage your business's cash flow.

  1. All Transactions:

    • This tab displays a comprehensive list of all your transactions. Whether it’s a payment made by a customer or a refund, every financial movement is recorded here. The main table lists the Amount, Status (such as succeeded or failed), Payment Method (card, bank transfer, etc.), Date, Customer, Description, and Actions you can take (such as viewing more details or processing a refund).

    • You can search for specific transactions using the Search bar, filter by Date, or clear filters using the Clear button.

  2. Payouts:

    • This tab focuses on the payouts you receive, showing when and how much money has been transferred to your bank account. Monitoring your payouts is essential for maintaining an accurate record of your income.

  3. Refunds:

    • Here, you can track all refund requests and their statuses. This section is particularly useful for managing customer service and ensuring that refunds are processed promptly.

Transactions Overview

Just below the tabs, you’ll see a summary that gives you an at-a-glance view of your transactions:

  • All: The total number of transactions processed.

  • Succeeded: The number of transactions that have been successfully processed.

  • Failed: The number of transactions that encountered issues or were unsuccessful.

This overview helps you quickly assess the overall health of your payment system and identify any issues that may need attention.

The main section of the dashboard is a detailed transaction table, where each transaction is listed with the following columns:

  • Amount: The monetary value of the transaction.

  • Status: Indicates whether the transaction was successful or failed.
