Where to Find It
Go to Services and Prices and open the Quote tiers setup screen. This is where you control the defaults that every new Tiered Quote is built from.
What You Can Configure
Tier names — call them Good/Better/Best, Bronze/Silver/Gold, or anything you want.
Order — the sequence they appear in when a customer swipes through.
Colors — pick a color per tier.
Badges — flag a package as Popular, Most Premium, Value, or a similar badge.
Highlight — mark one package as recommended so it stands out to the customer.
Default marketing copy — starter description text for each tier.
Why Set This Up First
Once this is configured, choosing Tiered when creating a new quote builds all three packages from these defaults automatically — you're only fine-tuning from there instead of starting blank every time.
