Tiered Quote: What Is a Tiered Quote?

What a Tiered Quote is and why it exists — one proposal, three packages, one link.

The Problem It Solves

Offering a customer a choice of price points used to mean building and sending three separate quotes — three cards in their Client Hub, each one read and approved on its own. It felt like paperwork, and it put the work of comparing options onto the customer.

One Proposal, Three Packages

A Tiered Quote replaces that with a single proposal containing three packages — Good, Better, Best (or whatever names you choose). You build and send one thing. The customer gets one card and one link, swipes between the packages on their phone, compares what's included, picks the one they want, reviews optional add-ons, approves, and pays their deposit — all without leaving that page.

Why It's Worth Using

Showing a customer a choice, rather than a single take-it-or-leave-it number, tends to increase both how often quotes get accepted and the average ticket value — while making the decision itself easier, not harder.

Your Existing Quotes Are Unaffected

Standard quotes keep working exactly as they do today, including attaching multiple quote options. Tiered is a separate, additional way of working — nothing you already rely on changes.
