Message Centre

  • Message Center: Use this feature to chat directly with the customer.

  • Switch Customer: If multiple customers are assigned, use the dropdown to switch between them.

Notes

You can also add internal timestamped notes with the author's name via the Notes side panel. Allowing you and your team a way to internally communicate updates for the Job.

These notes can also be edited using the small pencil icon.
