Invoice: Adding Notes and Attachments to Invoices

Enhancing records with internal comments and files you can keep internal or send to your customers.

Notes

  • Notes: Add internal comments for your team regarding the job. These do not necessarily need to be on the final bill.

Attachments

  • Upload: Attach photos or PDFs (e.g., site photos) to the invoice.

  • Send with Invoice: Enable the Send with Invoice toggle, and then select using check mark the items you want to be included in the email sent to the customer.

Note: If the Send with Invoice toggle remains turned off, or the item is not specifically selected, they won't be sent to the customer.
