Status Dropdown
The Status Dropdown in the header allows you to update the progress of the work. Available statuses include:
Pending: The default status when created.
Scheduled: Confirmed date and time.
On My Way: Indicates the technician is en route.
From the On My Way pop-up, confirm date and time of when you want to record the status change and make sure to click the Notify Customer check box if you want to notify the customer of your status.
Start Job: Marks that work has officially begun.
From the Start Job pop-up, confirm date and time of when you want to record the status change and make sure to click the Notify Customer check box if you want to notify the customer of your status.
Complete: Indicates the work is finished.
From the Complete pop-up, confirm date and time of when you want to record the status change and make sure to click the Notify Customer check box if you want to notify the customer of your status.
Cancelled: The job is called off.
