Creating a New Deal
Click on the Three-Line Sidebar menu (top left).
Click the green (+) Create New button.
Select Deal from the menu.
This opens your Kanban-style board where every lead is represented as a card.
OR
If you're on the Deals Kanban-style board already:
Click the Add New Lead button.
Customer Section:
Deal Name: Give it a clear title (Required).
Customer: Search for an existing client or create a new one.
Location: Select the service property.
Internal Use Section:
Assignee: Select the sales rep or technician responsible for this lead.
Stage: Choose where this card starts (e.g., "New Lead").
Opportunity Value: Enter the expected dollar value.
Source: Track where the lead came from (Website, Referral, Meta Ads, Instagram).
Click Save.
