Deals: How to Create a New Deal (Lead)

Inputting new lead data to start tracking an opportunity.

Creating a New Deal

  1. Click on the Three-Line Sidebar menu (top left).

  2. Click the green (+) Create New button.

  3. Select Deal from the menu.

  4. This opens your Kanban-style board where every lead is represented as a card.

OR

If you're on the Deals Kanban-style board already:

  1. Click the Add New Lead button.

  2. Customer Section:

    • Deal Name: Give it a clear title (Required).

    • Customer: Search for an existing client or create a new one.

    • Location: Select the service property.

  3. Internal Use Section:

    • Assignee: Select the sales rep or technician responsible for this lead.

    • Stage: Choose where this card starts (e.g., "New Lead").

    • Opportunity Value: Enter the expected dollar value.

    • Source: Track where the lead came from (Website, Referral, Meta Ads, Instagram).

  4. Click Save.
