Managing Your Employees

To access the Employee Settings, follow these simple steps:

  1. Open the sidebar.

  2. Go to Settings

  3. Select Employees

Here, you'll find various options for managing and configuring employee-related information, roles, permissions, etc. Regularly checking this section ensures that your employee management aligns with your organizational needs.

The Employees page is critical for managing your team, communicating with them, and adding new members.

Employee Status and Messaging

Located at the top right of the page, you'll find:

  • Status Dropdown: Select Active, Inactive, or Both to filter your employee list.

  • Send Message Button: This feature initiates a two-step messaging process, including Preview, Attach, and Email Editor.

Adding New Employees

Clicking the New button prompts a pop-up form with several sections:

  • Personal Details: Includes fields for photo, first name, last name, mobile phone, email address, and password.

  • Employment Details: Includes fields for services, position, role, certification, and employee tag.

  • Work Schedule: You can set daily working hours with toggles, start and end times, and align with company business hours.

  • Address: Includes fields for the full address, unit, city, state, zip, and address notes, along with a real-time Google Maps preview.

Note: OTottom bar allows you to send an email for app setup, close the pop-up, or save the new employee.

Viewing and Managing Employee Information

Available Slots Indicator: Shows the number of occupied and available slots.

Employee List: Presents comprehensive information about each team member, with sorting and pagination options.

Employee Actions: Includes options to Edit, set Role Permissions and Page Permissions, view Email Verification Status, send Email for App Setup, and Delete.

The Employee List provides detailed information, including:

  • Employee's Name

  • Role

  • Email Address

  • Tags


The Employee Actions allow for fine-grained control, including:

  • Role Permissions: Enables specific operational rights for each employee, such as Add/Edit Appointment & Estimates, Take Payment, See Prices, Print & Export, Online Booking Availability, and more.

  • Page Permissions: Manages which pages or sections the employee can view, such as Dashboard, Estimate, Settings, Customer, Property, Money, Appointment List, Assets, and Vendors/Inventory.

  • Email Verification Status: Displays the status of the email sent during the setup process.

The Send Email for App Setup button facilitates the app setup process for the employee, and the 'Delete' action button prompts a warning message for deletion confirmation.

These neatly organized details ensure a clear overview of your team's structure, roles, and contact information directly from the employee list, thus enhancing efficiency and operational control within the system.
