Overview
One of the most powerful aspects of WIZ AI is how it connects directly to your customer experience. When you generate a render and attach it to a Quote, your customer automatically sees a Before and After comparison — right in their quote email and in their Client Hub. This helps them visualize the finished result and makes it far easier to approve your quote with confidence.
What Your Customer Sees
When you send a Quote that includes an AI render, your customer will see:
The AI-generated render showing your proposed work applied to the space (After)
The original job site photo (Before)
When they enlarge the Quote Image by clicking on the Preview Button.
These are displayed side by side in the quote view, so the customer immediately understands what they are approving. The render image is also accessible in their Client Hub under Attachments.
What you see is what they see. The before and after layout the customer receives is the same as what you see when previewing the quote in WIZniche.
Attaching a Render to a Quote
After generating your render, click Use in Quote from the Activities panel.
The AI render will be attached to the quote as the quote image.
The original job site photo (the "before") is automatically paired with it.
You can verify the before and after pairing by checking the Before & After section in the quote — visible on both desktop and mobile.
Renaming the Before and After Images
You can rename both images directly within the quote to make them clearer for the customer:
The project photo might be renamed to something like "Original Image".
The AI render might be renamed to something like "After Result" or "Proposed Finish".
Click on the image name within the before/after section and type to update it, then click Save Name.
Sending the Quote to Your Customer
Once your render is attached and you're happy with the quote, click Send.
Your customer will receive the quote by email, including the full before and after visual.
They can also access it through their Client Hub, where the render will appear under Attachments for future reference.
Before and After on Mobile
The before and after view is fully responsive. Both you and your customer can view the comparison clearly on any mobile device. The layout adapts to smaller screens while keeping both images visible and accessible.
Tips for a Great Customer Experience
Use a clear, well-lit photo of the job site for the best render results.
Always use real product names in your vendor catalog — this ensures the AI applies the right material and description to the space.
If you're not happy with the first render, use Enhance to refine the prompt or add more products before generating again.
Rename your before and after images before sending — it makes the quote feel more professional and polished to the customer.
